Isabella joined Verance in 2026 following five years in investment and advisory roles across software, consumer, media and telecom. Isabella began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst and later Associate in the TMT Group at Goldman Sachs in New York. Most recently, Isabella was an Associate at Audax Private Equity, where she focused on middle-market buyout investments.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
